As Serenity continues to attract new clients it’s become necessary for the firm to expand its administration team to provide support to the business’ growing number of financial life planners.
Head of Business Standards at Serenity Financial Planning, Clive Thompson said: ‘we are so pleased that Nicky has decided to join the business. We have always prided ourselves highly on our client centric approach to financial planning at Serenity. We take it as given that we should always be striving for our technical financial planning skills to be well refined but it’s equally important for us that our clients feel completely at ease, comfortable and in good hands. With Nicki’s experience, we’re confident she will bring the attention to detail and empathetic nature our clients have come to expect from us’
Mortimer added: ‘I have a work hard, play hard ethos and can’t wait to embed myself into the Serenity team to see what I can bring to the table to in a company with an enviable reputation for good client experiences.
‘In my free time I have recently parachuted 15,000 feet and tried glass and fire walking. I love a challenge and this role at Serenity is exactly the kind of challenge I’ve been looking forward to.’
